COACHING -- focuses on now/future, skill building, goal attainment, education, accountability, strategies for goal attainment and to address thinking traps.

I am a professional counselor and coach. I am an Army veteran. My goal is to build rapport and then get to the core! This work is one of passion for me. I left a 6 figure job and 27 year corporate career to pursue my purpose. I will bring that level of engagement to our sessions! I am also at last leg of completing my doctoral degree. I am a passionate life long learner - which you as my client will benefit from. Men and Veterans are encouraged to call!

Premarital coaching
Research shows that those who engage in premarital coaching/counseling reduces their chances of divorce by at least 31%! I help individuals navigate beyond the honeymoon effect to gain awareness of and develop strategies for the coming attractions of marriage. We will use a detailed assessment that provides insight on 15 different dimensions to objectively assess areas where you all are aligned and make you aware of areas where you are less so.
We also will develop a vision and mission statement for your family which helps to provide a compass and stair steps towards the family you want to create. BONUS: As a licensed counselor, I can also detect if anything else may be affecting your relationship that may need to be addressed beyond our premarital coaching.
Life/Work/Career coaching
I have over 15 years coaching experience in the areas of work/career/life.
Sometimes individuals are in need of a focus on a specific area or skill development that may impact an area of their life or enhance their work performance. Coaching has been shown to be an investment into one's career. This can enable promotion or better handle workplace stress. As for Coaching, if you:
