I start all new clients off with a short questionnaire to both help me as coach to better understand where the clients currently are, and to help the clients examine their situation in a thought provoking way.

In addition to listening and providing a safe and constructive partnership, being your coach means being able to guarantee a game plan. My coaching style is as hands on as needed for each individual client. Weekly homework assignments and check ins follow each zoom session.

Couples may be asked to complete one session without spouse to develop trust and to feel they’re in a judgment free space. Individuals may be asked to touch on certain traumas that seem to be a hindrance before establishing a game plan to meet the overall goal.
