Are you and your partner at the point of breakup, stuck in routine, or are having cycling issues? I am currently working with many couples on their “Love journey”. I help couples get “unstuck”, from negative communication patterns. I help couples get to the source of problems, so the relationship can thrive.
Individuals:
You are not alone! I offer wellness support to identify, challenge, and replace thoughts that aren’t serving you that have caused barriers in your life. I bring in awareness and empowerment to this “new version” of you. Together, we work on future goals and incorporate new changes to move beyond stress so that you can thrive physically, emotionally, and professionally!
A little about me…
I am a Masters of Science in Clinical Counseling graduate and a Licensed Counselor.
I have experience providing counseling for clients with anxiety, depression, life transitions, suicide ideation, conflict/intimacy issues, increasing self-image, trauma, and grief in private practice. On this platform I use evidence based practices to offer wellness support for adult individuals and couples.
I encourage clients to express their feelings and discuss their needs. I aim in creating a space to support the needs of people from diverse cultures, genders, ethnicities, sexual orientations, religions, traditions and values.
