Therapy is different for everyone and so it should be addressed differently with each individual. Some people may be excited at the prospect of getting home while others can have a lot of skepticism and others may have had a difficult time connecting in the past and given up all of the benefits that could be obtained with trying counseling with someone new.

I am certified to work with couples and have experience in navigating issues pertaining to, communication issues, trust, intimacy, and the sense of feeling unappreciated or unheard.

Sessions are focused around Quran and Sunnah as well as science based psychology.
