About

As we all feel, math can be a bit intimidating and stress-inducing. My style is to make it fun and light-hearted while you learn. I like to think my approach is to break down complicated concepts into smaller parts to make learning a bit less overwhelming. I concentrate on mastering the fundamentals and then ease my students into the 'hard' stuff.

*A bit about me*

I received my California teaching credential in 2010. I have a Bachelor's in Mathematics and a Master's in Statistics. I taught middle school math - prealgebra, algebra, geometry, and high school math & statistics. This included Pre-calculus, Calculus & Statistics. Currently, I am a director at a marketing & advertising firm where I educate/train professionals in data analytics. I also work with college interns throughout the year showing them how math/statistics are applied in the world of advertising/marketing.

Education is my passion and math is my heart. I am able to tutor math & statistics at all levels. We can always talk first to see if we are a great fit.
