About

I am a New Jersey City University graduate with a Bachelor's of Arts in Mathematics and am currently studying to attain my PhD in Applied Mathematics at Stevens Institute of Technology where I work as a Teacher Assistant holding recitations for undergraduate students. I have worked as a tutor, instructor, and assistant director for NJCU and the Proyecto Science Summer Program; where we strive to help middle school and high school students take advanced courses and excel so that they may be more successful in college and beyond.I have helped many middle school and high school students through tutoring in both in person and remote learning environments and am excited to help students achieve their academic goals. I can tutor all high school math, as well as history, chemistry and physics at the high school level. I am patient, understanding, and determined to see them strive for the goals and dreams they want to accomplish. I also offer test prep and college admissions counseling. i have done both for the last few years on a limited basis but have helped several students apply to a variety of schools and academic programs.
