Hi! I am the owner and tutor of Optimistic Tutoring Solutions. I have 18 years of tutoring experience in various subjects and grades. I have my B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction/Elementary Education from the University of Colorado – Denver.

Optimistic Tutoring Solutions tutors clients by Zoom. Our clients have shown an increase in their MAP scores, grades, and standardized test scores. Clients have also increased their client's confidence level by letting them know that they can do anything.

I have taken math and reading classes in my Master's program on how to teach these subjects to children. I have taken a professional development class on how to teach math through Stanford University. I have also been trained in Barton reading and spelling program for children that are dyslexic and Singapore math.

My tutors all have a college degree, teaching/tutoring experience, are highly skilled in the areas they are tutoring in, are highly positive, and have a passion for teaching and helping children. Optimistic Tutoring Solutions only hires the most qualified tutors, and they all come highly recommended.

My tutors and I have tutored typical, special needs, dyslexic, and gifted preschool, kindergarten, elementary, middle school, and high school students. Optimistic Tutoring Solutions conducts tutoring sessions via Zoom.

Optimistic Tutoring Solutions uses a curriculum in reading, writing, and math that aligns with the common core curriculum. I use the reading curriculum that I used when I was a reading intervention teacher. These curricula are easily adapted to online learning.

Currently Optimistic Tutoring Solutions are tutoring kids across the United States by Zoom and in person.
