Even as a young girl it was apparent Toni had a passion for food. As she grew older, the drive to create great dishes grew along with her. Her professional experience in the kitchen led her to pursue her dream of cooking her own good food for the community. Toni opened her hot dog cart in 2010 with the goal of bringing joy through the shared experience of food and she's been cooking-up happiness ever since.
We pride ourselves on fast service and good, clean food. Our professional-grade cart comes equipped with two full-size steam burners, a refrigerator for keeping condiments fresh, and two hand washing sinks with running water capabilities. Our flexible menu offers variety for customers with all tastes, including turkey and veggie options.
After all this time in the food industry, an important lesson I've learned is good food, great times, and awesome service are key to a successful event.
