Dan Marzano’s Pizza
We offer a unique catering service where we bring a wood-fired pizza oven to your event or party. Our oven is able to be brought directly into your back yard, roof top or right outside of your event and served directly to your guests. Our pizzas are cooked at 900 degrees for about 90 seconds. Our flour and tomatoes are imported from Italy and are used to make the dough and sauce fresh for your party. We offer unlimited menu options that can be custom tailored for you and your guests!
Frequently Asked Questions
Already have a caterer for your party but want to add a pizza station?
YES you can book us as a pizza station to combine with other caterers. We work other caterers all the time.
After my event I would like your pizza for an after party but it doesn’t start until late at night, is that ok?
YES we can do late night hours for an after party setting.
How big are the pizzas and how are they served?
All of our pizzas are personal sized at approx 12 inches, we usually serve the full menu selection of your choice and guests can take individual slices, we then continue to make pizzas for the allotted time.
When you are done making pizzas for the guests, can you provide extra “to-go pizzas” for guests coming later or to be eaten at a later time?
Yes we can provide a few pizzas prior to us leaving, that’s not a problem.
I want a specific pizza but I do not see it on your menu option, could u make it?
Yes options are unlimited just make sure you discuss it before the event so we have all the ingredients, but there is nothing we can’t do.
