Happy Camper Snack Shack is owned and operated by Brian and Stacey Coburn. We are in the Erie Pennsylvania area from April to October, and in Central Florida from October through March.

We are fully licensed and insured. License number and/or health inspection report available upon request. Liability insurance provides coverage up to 2 million dollars. Businesses can request to be added as AI.
For catering events, we require a minimum charge of $500 to set up, which would cover about 50 people at $10/person.
Other events may not require a minimum if the projected guest numbers are adequate. A good rule of thumb is 50 to 100 orders for two hours of service time, or 150 for up to 8 hours.
