When I started my company in 1996, there was only 4 other companies doing remediation on the intimate level. There were the big companies that were very expensive and not very personable. I changed all that. I consider every aspect of my clients needs and work for their goals. We pay forward as much as possible and keep pricing realistic.
Being able to meet people who are having some issues that truly need my help and being able to provide them an answer/solution economically. I will do anything to help my clients, especially if they are elderly or have small children. Its important to be able to trust and count on your contractor. I follow behind so many that can't seem to provide real customer service... its essential !!
