I’m a 4-time TEDx speaker and have been speaking professionally for the past 12+ years. For me, it's about connection, understanding how we show up every day in the world, and the legacy we want to leave. My Master's Degree is in Sports and Human Performance Psychology and some of my clients have included professional athletes and sports teams. I hold a certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from the Harvard Business School and am a member of the prestigious invite-only Forbes Coaches Council.
My focus is on Compassionate Leadership, the power of creating strong teams, and how we communicate and connect effectively with each other.
