It is time to alter the process. - Be prepared to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. We will not discuss anything more painful than your current feeling stuck in a rut.
- Be ready to book me and immediately get started. If I am taking my time to call, text and email you to get started and to no avail, then only one of us is expressing the urgency of wanting to help you, and that person should be you—not me!
DON'Ts: Reach out if you are merely considering hiring a life coach. Knowing that you need a coach or therapist is like knowing if you can benefit from unbiased professional help that will allow you to be a better version of yourself.
- Be afraid to commit fully to your cause. In exchange for your accountability, honesty, time, and financial commitment, you will get a coach equally committed to your cause of helping you be there for you.
