During my climb of personal and professional development, I have independently supported over 55 C-suite executives and over 50 teams across different industries. I specialize in using accountability and linking execution to identify the passions that operate as a taxi to a more fulfilled you and a happier life!
My studies have highlighted personal development, quantum physics, and mindset shifts. I have brought transformation to the lives of many through different types of consultation experiences. From executive assistance to building teams and everything in between, I have approached every day as an opportunity to learn and will be doing so until I'm 103. Haha!

How It Went
- I constantly dealt with anxiety and depression to the point where it stopped me from living
- I had men that I loved put their hands on me
- I often neglected myself both physically and mentally
- I ended up in the hospital with symptoms of hypertension due to stress from divorce
- I was no money broke and someone let me borrow $5 which I stretched for a week
- I was on paper homeless and couch surfing through the pandemic
- I became a single mom
- I burned out, lost clients, and had to start over
- I experienced sexual assault

- I continue to partner with tech startups that are funded by millions of dollars

- I overcame depression and feel safe as I live my life
- I am confident about the value I hold as a woman and committed to not settling
- I am in love with myself and prioritize that more than ever
- I thank God for the lessons of divorce and I am happy

- I went from a 320 sq studio apartment to a luxury loft of over 1,000 sq
