About

Hello, I am Hal Reynolds.

I founded Disinvested Youth Gaming Initiative (DYGI) in 2023 to support young people through gaming. DYGI uses esports to help close the technology gap in Minnesota for youth ages 12 - 18. Through our hybrid esports tournaments, young people can gain real-world experience in coding, game design, and digital skills—skills that can unlock careers in the tech industry, skills that can

change lives. Through gaming, I aim to help young people learn, grow, and realize their potential in a supportive, exciting environment.

My vision is the close the digital divide for youth in our region, equipping them for careers in technology.

In addition to serving as the CEO and Founder of DYGI, I am also a motivational speaker focusing on youth, technology, and entrepreneurship. My objective through public speaking is to inform and inspire. I would be delighted to address your youth and/or teams about the incredible opportunities associated with technology and entrepreneurship.
