I began actively seeking ways to smooth our transitions, shifting my focus from the difficulties of packing and unpacking to the anticipation of new adventures. Each relocation became an opportunity for positive change—a chance to embrace what lay ahead with enthusiasm.
My journey took an unexpected turn when Brian, a manager at ZippyShell, approached me while I was employed at another company. He offered us a contract that opened doors for collaboration. What started as a modest two-person labor gig quickly evolved into something much more significant; we transitioned from operating one truck with just two individuals to establishing IJC Relocation, which now boasts over 229 employees nationwide.
