My name is Jigme Tenzin, Born and Raised in BHUTAN (HIMALAYAS REGION}.I’m a Tibetan Buddhist Lama and former Tibetan Buddhist Monk.

(Lama means title of Spiritual Teacher ) I'm a Practitioner of the ancient art of Traditional of Tibetan Buddhist Energy Healing. { Healing practice of BUDDHA MEDICINE }. I have practice this technique throughout the world since 1991, and joyfully offer them to all who would like experience for themselves the physical and spiritual benefits of this sacred therapeutic art. My service is dedicated to blessing and helping liberate human-being from the condition suffering of MIND, BODY and SOUL!

I completed 900 hours of massage therapy and health educator training from National Holistic Institute- College of Massage Therapy in Los Angeles, California.

My unique style integrates both Eastern and Western modalities including:

Deep tissue ,Swedish, Sports Join mobilization Stretching, Rocking & Shaking; Shiatsu Trigger point Jin shin, Thai, Energy, Aromatherapy, Craniosacral therapy, Myofascial release, and Foot reflexology.

I am also familiar with pregnancy and lymphatic drainage massage techniques.

My touch has been described as "therapeutic" and calming." I enjoy incorporating Swedish, Shiatsu, Deep tissue, Sports stretching, Myofascial release and trigger point therapy into my massage sessions. Combining these techniques makes for an effective yet relaxing massage and can help with tight muscles from everyday use or injury from over-use.

I decided to become a massage therapists because I love helping people. I am very passionate about the benefits of massage therapy. At the end of the day, I find it very fulfilling knowing that I have made a difference in helping clients feel better.

I carefully plan out each session based on each client's need and request, personalizing the experience for each one.
