I can work energetically, somatically or a combination of both. I blend various modalities such as Polarity Therapy, Reiki, Reflexology, Movement Therapy, and more for added support during the session. I also offer complementary lifestyle, movement and energetic recommendations to help your system fully integrate the work for lasting results.
