I've been a NY State Licensed Massage Therapist for over 16 years. My massage modalities include Medical, Pre/Post Op, Therapeutic, Scar Tissue Release (STRAIT Method) Amma Therapy, Pregnancy, Deep Tissue and of course, Relaxation Massage. I have experience working with clients with many different health challenges including; stoke, cancer, cerebral palsy, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, whiplash, bulging/herniated disks and scoliosis.

I have been an adjunct faculty member of New York College of Health Professions in Syosset for over 12 years. I have taught numerous classes including Swedish Massage Technique and Medical Massage. I have been nominated 3 times as Long Island's BEST Massage Therapist. My husband and I own a Yoga and Wellness studio in Merrick called Fuel The Soul which has been a staple in the Merrick Community since 2010.

My mission is to support individuals in achieving life balance through personal wellness. I'm a firm believer in the connection between body/mind, I am a proponent of massage for relieving physical as well as emotional stress, and strongly believe in massage as a modality for enhancing overall health and well-being. I am a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association and Certified in Thai Massage, Infant Massage, Kids Yoga and CPR/1st Aid. I have my level 1 training in Lymph Drainage Therapy and Foundations in Scar Tissue Release.
