Reiki is a potent healing method channeling a spiritually guided life force energy to heal the mind, body and spirit for the highest good. The sensations while receiving reiki include feeling compassionately appreciated and loved, relaxed and free.
Reiki light is referred to as “primordial life force energy" which flows through us by waves of light and oscillating bioelectricity. Reiki is administered by using the hands, eyes, or intention even from vast distances to induce relaxation, peace of mind, and spontaneous healing.
Holy Fire is more current form of Reiki that is powerful and gentle and provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance. It is noticeably more refined and comes from a higher level of consciousness as described by ICRT, the International Center for Reiki Training.
A session is comprised of a warm welcome and a safe, private space to share your healing intentions. You lay on a soft table and I scan your body's bioelectric field for sensations along the seven main chakras (energy centers), each representing different aspects of your emotional body. From there I let you know what I feel and together we translate what that means for you.
Reiki healings are performed in various ways and I decide what each person needs when they are here. Typically I use touch and sound to perform a Reiki healing using crystal quartz singing bowls to align the chakras, sending a healing vibrations through the body while I overlay positive hypnotic suggestion.

Yes, there are thousands of success stories of reiki healing mind, body and spirit maladies. In 2019 Harvard University published a study confirming the scientific effects of reiki treatments.
