Please be advised that effective July 8, 2022, the North Carolina
Secretary of State mandated notary fee is $10 per signature.
All notaries charge the same notarial and travel fees as established by the NC Secretary of State. The travel fees are based on the
federal mileage rate of $0.655 /mile. (effective January 1, 2023).

I am an experienced notary public serving Wake County primarily
and other neighboring counties. This is my third commission
serving as a notary public in the State of North Carolina. I am
proud to say that I produce error-free notarizations, because I
double check and triple check all of my work. In addition, I have
worked as a paralegal in NYC and have gained invaluable
experience working with legal documentation. In the last
14 years, I have completed successfully thousands of
notarization assignments for various clients whether
attorneys, title companies or real estate professionals in
North Carolina and other US states i.e. NC and out-of-state
real estate closing packages and refinance packages, and
documentation such as: car, trailer, motorcycle title transfers,
