FOR ALL MORTGAGE CLOSINGS.. I carry $3 million additional insurance to notarize real estate transactions. If you need a loan package closed, the fee is $150 anywhere in the Hampton Roads area. Reverse mortgages are $350. I will be happy to ship the package with a pre-paid shipping label provided by you. I will immediately send you the confirmation receipt via text or email. I am also happy to scan the documents back to your lender and/or title company if needed, free of charge.
