Cyberize It, LLC uses innovation and technology to assist you with your Notarization needs. We do not appear physically in person but do meet all State Laws for Remote Notarization Services.
While we are working on updating our platform, at this time you will email the documents to us prior to your appointment. You can email these in a .pdf, .doc, or image format. There is no fee for file conversion. We do ask that these documents be sent in at least an hour prior to your scheduled session so that we can have time to format them for notarization.
If you are transferring a vehicle, we cannot notarize the title but can empower your buyer with the rights to the vehicle by using a Vehicle Power of Attorney. The buyer can take this with them to the title agency and complete the transaction.
Loan documents can be performed, so long as the title/escrow & bank approve electronic signatures.
We can assist you NO MATTER WHERE YOU ARE PHYSICALLY AT during this notarization, and you do not need to be in the USA. All signing parties (and witnesses) do not need to be in the same location to facilitate this transaction. If you need extra witnesses, we can also assist with providing them.
We specialize in tough situations where a Notary cannot be admitted (Examples: Prison, Hospitals, Hospice, and those that are disabled).
Each person signing (and witnesses) will need to have:
1. Identification (Driver’s License, Passport, Government ID, Prison ID, etc)
2. Access to an email address
3. A Cellphone/Tablet/Computer that has a Camera & Microphone.
4. Ability to connect to a live virtual session.
Once in the meeting it should take less than 10 mins. Please be ready at the time of your appointment.
