I provide notary services for several local and out of states companies and the general public. I notarize all types of documents as long as it has the notarial wording on it & a place for a notary public to sign. Without the notarial wording, I cannot notarize a document but can add what's called a loose certificate for an additional fee. Thumbtacks pricing is only an estimate & not always accurate. All documents are not the same price. Prices based on the type of document needing notarized.
For general notary work, prices vary by mileage location, the state your in, & the number of notarizations needed. Please be sure to have a physical government ID that is current. It's a requirement for Missouri according to the Secretary of State. No copies of government IDs or pictures of IDs in your phones are acceptable. For Kansas, if your government ID is expired, it cannot be expired no more than 3 years.
If you don't have an ID, then you must have 2 credible witnesses not related to you, that knows you personally, don't have anything to do with the documents or have a financial gain from it. If your documents require for you to have witnesses, please be sure that they are present. Signer, witnesses or credible witnesses , must all have physical current government IDs. If you don't have witnesses, I can provide that for you for an additional cost.
Travel fees are based on distant location for both States, however: KANSAS NOTARIZATION FEES ARE DIFFERENT and is not set by state law. I now provide Remote online notarization for all states that accept RON and field inspections for companies who need field inspectors.
All service payments are paid in advance and set by appointments only and are non refundable. I accept PayPal, square, or cash app. Some last minute request are accepted depending on your circumstances. If my schedule is full & I can't service you on a day or time you need, I do have a small team of notaries who can help.
