I’ve been working in the Property Management business for over 10 years and have been managing properties for the past 2 years. I handle all tenants questions, concerns, and maintenance requests. I am connected to several types of contractors and maintenance technicians as well as appliance companies to maintain the properties I manage. I take rent payments and file all rent notices, writs/warrants, and schedule evictions for landlords. I also maintain all of the bills and keep detailed spreadsheets, payable, and charges reports for landlords. I have brought in over $150,000 in back owed rent from various rental Assitance and subsidy programs and created payment arrangements that help not only the tenant in getting back on track but also help the landlord to recover lost or owed money.
I am available to show homes for rent and love helping people find new homes as well as bring in new business for private landlords or property management companies. I am also able to help landlords who accept Section 8. I am up to date with all of the Section 8 housing requirements, can fill out and submit the necessary paperwork, help setup inspections, and lease signings.
To add to the list of duties I perform as a Property Manager I am a Certified Notary Public and can help with any in office or in company documents that need to be notarized.
I also clean homes before a tenant moved in and after a tenants moves out and have all of the necessary supplies and equipment to do so.
