I help people eat, move and think their way out of aches and pains. An experience with chronic pain from an injury led me to a nutrition and lifestyle program that changed my life, how I see health and how I help my clients.
Nutrition:
The anti-inflammatory nutrition program that I utilize is focused on educating how to balance your energy levels, improve gut health and eliminate symptoms of dis-ease. You will walk away with the knowledge of how to make hormonally balanced meals and how to make better choices as you move through real life.
Personal Training:
With 20 years of personal training experience I have almost seen it all. I love the challenge of working with different age groups, goals, helping people improve their form all while keeping them safe and injury-free. Virtual private or group personal training is preferred as it offers more flexibility and consistency for us both. I can do in-person out of a women's gym in Curtis Park, Sacramento.
