My umbrella might be Food & Wholistic Health Expert, but in reality, I’m a "Soup-to-Nuts” food, nutrition & health professional in one. I’m ALL about good food and nourishment, with a long track record of cooking, catering,
being a private chef. I'm seasoned, and enjoy counseling and teaching
about how to eat healthier and find your ideal eating style. And then help
you learn how to create healthy food that's delicious and satisfying
without spending all day in the kitchen.

My hourly base rate is $75. For cooking classes, a 3-hour session is ideal for getting the most value out of our time together. With food/nutrition consults I normally start out with a 'whole person' assessment (normally about 1.5 hours) that helps us get to the root of issues and saves time in the long run.
