My goal is to empower men and women to take control of their energy, weight and health by using whole foods, healthy tips and lifestyle changes, without the use of powders, shakes and food products. My mission is to give you all the tools you need to be able to make your own educated decisions for your health. I work with the whole person, mind, body, and soul...mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally. I am a woman of faith. I believe that developing your spirituality and having a spiritual relationship with God of the universe is how you find purpose and meaning in life. It gives you the ability to forgive, love through the emotional pain, and overcome past hurts, rejection, and trauma. I do not offer a quick fix! We take it at your own pace, through weekly action steps and work on your goals together.
