I help people build a healthier lifestyle one step at a time and one bite at a time.
I am an Integrative & Functional Nutritionist offering Nutrition Counseling via Telehealth. I use an interactive Health & Nutrition App to tailor nutrition education and also coach you every step of the way with lifestyle changes.
I am very invested in my clients’ journey and well being and enjoy watching clients transform and make real progress! They in turn feel supported and empowered to eat better and live healthier and more productive lives.

I became wildly passionate about nutrition through the process of rebuilding my lifestyle in order to prevent chronic migraines and regain health (and my sanity!)
