I want you to feel great, inside and out!
My name is Heidi Pasch, and I help clients feel confident in their body through nutrition and movement. My ideal client wants to stop yo-yo dieting, and stop physically punishing themselves for their last meal at the gym. They'd like to train to be strong and flexible, both mentally and physically. Why? Because my ideal client wants to be able to move well and keep up with their kids and/or grandkids. They want more energy, a clear mind, and pain-free movement.
What to expect:
First we begin with our initial virtual assessment, during which I get to know your story and where you want to take your next chapter. I meet you where you are mentally & physically, to design an exercise and/or nutrition plan just for you. Weekly meetings for nutrition coaching is recommended for accountability and consistent progress. Inquire for in-person personal training, pilates, and yoga.
For training, I like to integrate techniques from multiple disciplines to strengthen the core, and integrate it in your daily movementbuilding the foundation for whatever your goals are. Yoga, Pilates, Metabolic Conditioning, sport specific, or just want to feel better/stronger/sexier? I'm here for you.
