As the owner of Simplistic Eventz, I believe in keeping things simple while covering every detail and being UNIQUE!

Each event is unique and I believe the client should be treated as such. This is why I will never offer package deals that you must pick from. You are unique and so is your event which means your pricing is to!

My process is simple:

STEP 1

The phone introduction-I want to briefly visit with you over the phone. This will allow me to get to know you better and understand your needs. I want to know every little detail to make your event successful!

STEP 2

The proposal-After I gather every detail by speaking to you on the phone, I prepare your bid and proposal to show everything broken down. I will send all of this over to you via e-mail and wait for your approval.

STEP 3

Once I get your approval, I hit the ground running and work to make your event a huge success! You will see a photo board of what I think your vision is. I want you to see pictures of your vision and my interpretation meshed together! By the time your event arrives, you will have signed off on the final look of everything to make sure we are both on the same page when it's all said and done.

With all the contacts I've made in the industry, I am able to give some of the best pricing possible. I am more than happy to work with your budget, as I would want the same. I offer some of the best pricing around but will be happy to look at any lower bids you may receive and try to come in under their quote. I'm confident you'll find that my pricing it the best you'll find.
