I am Ellie Folsom, the owner and operator of Ellie Mae's Bakery.

It has always been a dream of mine to open my own bakery and God's timing is everything! I am so blessed to have this opportunity of living out my dream. I attended pastry school in 2013 and have had the pleasure to work with several companies practicing the art of baking since then.

I specialize in Custom Sugar Cookies, Buttercream Cakes, Corporate Events, and Dessert Tables; but love everything in between. I also teach cookie and cupcake classes.
