I am a self-taught baker with New Orleans roots, currently residing in the historic neighborhood of Bronzeville. Having relocated in February 2022 from New Orleans on my own personal Great Migration, I've continued to pursue my passion for baking in Chicago. Since settling here, I've had the privilege of collaborating with major corporations, supporting local Chicago businesses, and contributing to nonprofit organizations.
My New Orleans heritage deeply influences my life and sets me apart as a baker dedicated to bringing authentic New Orleans flavors to Chicagoland. I have been personally responsible for the design and construction of my legendary custom cakes. Each cake is meticulously hand-designed and tailored to suit the unique occasion it celebrates.
