I provide very healthy, nutritious and delicious meals backed by many years of cooking and nutrition experience. I cook in your home primarily (but some dishes can be prepared in my kitchen and delivered). I have a wide variety of foods and diet styles in my repertoire and can adhere to any dietary considerations or restrictions you may have.

Cooking is my passion. It is my art form, especially the beautiful aromas, colors and textures of a variety of foods. I mix in enthusiasm, love and cleanliness. And I like to plate it up in an artistic and pleasant arrangement so it's enticing. I find cooking and meal/menu planning very creative and unique to each client. My favorite place to be is in the kitchen!
