I grew up growing all of my own vegetables and fruits so I know how to cook each ingredient to showcase its truest flavors. I love to experiment and am not afraid to try something different and outside the box. I have the skills to do all of my own butchering so you know you will be getting only the freshest ingredients. I have recently competed on Chopped on Food Network (season 35 episode 10 Flavor Savor) and was the runner up. I can cook and amazing meal under any pressures I am given.

I love to show people that food can be new, exciting and delicious without having to be full of fat. I love to be in the kitchen and cannot think of a better job to do everyday.
