My name is Josephine Clemens.
I've been cooking professionally since I was 15, and was executing service for 1200 with my team by the time I was 18.
I've been featured on Hell's Kitchen & Food Network, managed a wholesale bakery and a food truck in Los Angeles, presented 10 course menus in London, and even managed to open a fine dining vegan restaurant in Saudi Arabia.
Now, I'm back from my travels and settled down in my home state to offer holistic meal plans, online masterclasses, and preventative health care.
I've worked with breast cancer patients, people suffering from severe IBS, auto-immune diseases, teens with eating disorders, adults with PTSD, bipolar and borderline personality disorder, busy parents, Hollywood celebrities, and professional athletes.
