We focus on small intimate events, and do not offer large scale catering. This allows us to be creative with the menu, taking time to do the detailed prep, and dinner service.
The Chef: Originally from Brooklyn New York, I migrated to Jamaica when I was younger where I spent 16 years. My passion for food started from just being in the kitchen and watching my mother cook, and wanting to try a little of everything. This passion soon turned into a career in the hospitality industry. I was trained professionally at PTC where I spent 3 years perfecting my craft. Also placing #1 in Skills USA annual regional competition for culinary arts.
Our main focus is customer experience, to serve you and ensure that the quality of food is and service is impeccable.
