Chef Kia Niël is a Southern Home Cook turned Professional Chef, from Atlanta, Ga currently residing in the West Coast (Vegas!). Her passion for the culinary world was sparked early on in her childhood under the eye of nearly everyone in her immediate family who were, and still are, very talented home cooks, as well. This initial spark led to years worth of cultivation, which ultimately resulted in her completion of the Culinary Arts & Restaurant Management program at The University of Antelope Valley.
When it comes to food, Chef Kia Knows Flavor! Her home style dishes always contain fresh ingredients and are, many times, made from scratch by way of recipes that have passed through the tests of multiple generations, various cultures, and time.
