My name is Chef April Love. Love is my middle name and my parents couldn't have picked a better name. Despite people thinking they were "Stoners" for that lol. I love to cook , love to create , love to see the joy I can give to someone just from a meal. I grew up helping my mother cook, and then advanced to my grandmother so it's deeply rooted with my soul. I have been cooking professionally for 16 years. Starting my catering career here in North Carolina.then moving to Atlanta& LA to do personal chef and craft services for small films. I am also a nutrition director for a nonprofit which we were ambassadors for President Obama's fitness council.Now I'm back in NC and I enjoy using the local sea salts, spices and getting fresh fish from small businesses. Even though I have done healthier meals I also do the nice buttery fat ones too,you know the ones for the soul and rest. I look forward to servicing my next clients and the experience they will be able to share.
