My name is Ashley & I am the CEO & owner of Angel Plates. I'm a Jersey girl who eventually planted roots in Atlanta, GA. Currently I am able to service Northern California- primarily Sacramento and surroundig Bay Area cities. While I enjoy cooking a wide array of dishes, I find most of my passion cooking Soul Food, Vegan Soul Food & Pescatarian dishes. I find most pride in bringing a pleasant and unique experience to the palate, with my traditional Soulfood techniques adding my own spin on home-cooked classics and comfort foods.
