My name is Tatiana, I grew up in Brazil where I went to culinary school. I have been in the Seattle area for 4.5 years now. I started my cooking career when I was in school working as a caterer and private chef, back in 2016, I have also worked as a cook for a few restaurants but realized I had much more fun with a more personal job, interacting with my clients directly.
I am very well rounded regarding different kinds of food, and I am comfortable making food from all backgrounds. I also have a strong background in pastry.
My focus is to offer the best quality food I can, with good ingredients and proper technique. My main priority is my client’s satisfaction and convenience.
I offer in house personal chef services (meal prep and events), meal prep delivery, catering for small to medium events. Depending on occasion I also offer pastry confection.
I am vaccinated and practice complete transparency regarding covid, and I expect my clients to do the same as I want everyone to be safe.
