It may sound cliché, but I’ve been cooking for as long as I can remember! My culinary background started with helping my grandparents and mother in the kitchen. I was very observant and I began to grasp their techniques, and eventually decided to take that knowledge and become a culinary artist myself. Cooking has been a sincere passion of mine.
While paying close attention to detail and their techniques, my passion for cooking has continued to grow. Now, I am a Certified Sous Chef accredited through the American Culinary Federation, and have been cooking in professional kitchens going on 4+ years.
