I have been in restaurant business and an executive chef for over 20 years , cooking is my passion and a dream , wanted to be since 5 years old , I have trained under a lot of great chefs all around the world , I’m a farm to table chef , have been a few cooking news papers and fig magazines, and news paper , I’m a very trustworthy person and also care very much of everything I do , I have absolutely great flavors from much of my travels , I’m great in many cuisine including making sushi , I care for my customers and what are their expectations, I also do cooking classes so my guess have all the knowledge on food and preparation, I’m a chef as you work chef , also certify in food proper handling, my food are delicious and I don’t serve anything I wouldn’t eat . Have done may food tastings and chef tables . I’m sincere if what I do and want to make my customer as happy as they can be with my personality and my job .
