About

Hi I'm Chef Trina founder and head chef at The Flomade Table and Cacciatore Catering in Gainesville. I'm classically trained at the Auguste Escoffiere School of Culinary Arts. I founded the Flomade Table based in Jacksonville, then purchased Cacciatore Catering in Gainesville where we hold the exclusive contract with the office of the President at UF. We handle groups of all sizes and in addition to having a catering license we also carry a 13ct liquor license making us full service for all of your needs. We have event planners on staff and rent linens, plates, silverware and glassware.

We pride ourselves in serving the freshest ingredients from local farms and even have relationships with the University of Florida's IFAS farms for some of the best produce and beef you'll find in Florida!

We bring everything to you and our team ensures that your event is seamless and stress free.
