Hello, I'm Chef Cory and I am the owner of Everything French Toast. I created this concept for the French toast enthusiast. I make a Texas Monte Christo that has smoked brisket, Chipotle gouda and a fried egg between two thick slices of brioche French toast with a blackberry compote on the side.
