For over 18 years I have been in and around the food business from Cleveland to Denver to Eugene,OR (for Culinary School) to NY and back to Ohio. Teaching the ways to cook and presenting beautiful and delicious meals has been more than a calling. From regular meat and potatoes dishes to fine dining exquisite plates, I'd like to share my experiences with you.
