I have also owned and operated a food truck for the last three years! My favorite signature dishes include Blackened Teriyaki salmon, Empanadas with fresh salsa, Chorizo steamed mussels, and Sticky pork belly Ramen.

Recognized for my meticulous attention to detail, I consistently deliver outstanding results. A few of my previous events include an Asian-inspired 4-course complete dining experience, catering of birthday and baby shower events, Intimate couple setups, and Women Empowerment Brunches.
