My grandmother and mother started their catering and private chef services in the early 2000s, growing up I was always in the kitchen helping my family cook. Being Haitian American I learned early on how to cook. When we were at home I always wanted to try my own things. They say you shouldn't play with your food but this chef played with hers. My mom always allowed me to pick what I wanted to add in my food if it didn't taste right I was always allowed to try again. That's how today I am able to create many amazing dishes. I can create anything with what's in your fridge. If you want to try new things I can create something different. When it comes to food it's about quality and passion. Don't forget the love. I like to provide client's with an unforgettable meal. With my years of cooking and my culinary certification, I can say I am a top chef. Cooking is my passion and I vow to continue serving my clients with great memories and happy meals.
