Meal Prep
- Please, take the reins at any time but we will begin with your favorite meals, dietary restrictions, and the occasion. The food given will be carefully selected and prepared with those consuming it in mind. Chopped, portioned, frozen, and ready for minimal effort.
Cheese Program
- Become an experienced cheese maker or in practice cheesemonger. Get to know your cheese board and charcuterie. Like really know it.
- Raclette- we have the right to raclette but with shoes on because food safety exists for a reason.
Lessons
- For beginners, to be confident following recipes and not following recipes.
Along the lines of food and environmental stewardship. We plant food gardens and pollinator gardens to its best potential. According to the season. Whether in beds or hoop houses.
