Chef Remy Sainte, also known as Chemy, is originally from New York and a first generation Haitian-American. His love for food comes from growing up and watching his grandmother cook from wee hours in the morning to late evenings. He has worked in different culinary establishments and with well known chefs. Some of them being Michelin starred, TV personalities and Certified Master Chefs. After being in the industry for more than 20 years and graduating from Culinary school (Le Cordon Bleu Atlanta), he has set his eye on having his own and leaving a legacy to pass onto his beautiful children. He has worked at places such as the Atlanta Athletic Club, Cold Beer, Country Club of the South, Publix Apron Cooking School, Stone Flower, Bardo and Muss & Turner’s. And has worked with Chefs such as Kevin Gillespe, Daryl Shular, Jacob Bickelhaupt, Micheal Noll, Marco Shaw and more. His devotion as a father is mirrored in his dedication to leading in many different aspects. His love and passion for food is shown in his cooking.
